FuturePOS is a point-of-sale and inventory management application built specifically for Futuredesh. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is stored and synced, and how it is used across our inventory, billing, and supply chain tools.

02Smart Billing
Our smart billing engine processes sales, taxes, and payment information to generate invoices and receipts. Billing data is used solely to complete transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and generate reports for the business owner.
03Products & Supply Chain Management
The app maintains records of product movement across your supply chain, from supplier intake to final sale. This includes purchase orders, stock transfers, and supplier details, used to give you accurate, end-to-end visibility of your inventory.
04Offline Data Storage
FuturePOS is built to work without an internet connection. All billing, inventory, and transaction data is stored locally on your device, so operations are never interrupted by connectivity issues. This local data is encrypted at rest and remains accessible only within the app.
05Online Data Syncing
When an internet connection is available, data stored offline is automatically synced to our secure servers. This ensures your records stay backed up and consistent across devices. Syncing is encrypted in transit, and only data associated with your business account is transmitted.
